Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T7 Camera Review
Sony ultra-slim Cyber-shot DSC-T7 is a great model to buy. This camera is the latest in the T line of ultra-compact digital cameras and has several great features. The best part about it is that it is only 14.8 mm / 0.6 in ‘thin’ . this exterem slimness has been achieved by placing the LCD monitor to the side of the lens assembly. The model also has sliding cover / power switch just like the original DSC-T1.
The camera that has an efficient design is just over a third-of-an inch. However, though small the camera packs a powerful punch. It has a 2.5-inch ‘hybrid’ LCD screen. This screen manages to cover about two-thirds of the back of the camera, which is perfectly sized for framing, displaying and sharing pictures.
The camera has distinctive miniaturization and high-density packaging technology.the other key features include 5.1 effective megapixel resolution and an enhanced power management system for extended shooting time as well as a Carl Zeiss® Vario-Tessar® lens with 3x Optical Zoom. The camera has an anti-reflection Clear Photo LCD ™, which enhances viewing quality by preventing reflected light from interfering with the displayed image. At the same time the LCD offers higher contrast, brightness and resolution.
The camera has 10 scene selection mode. This means you do not have to worry about capturing the perfect shot. Speed and Battery Life of this model is great and even with its small size and huge LCD on, the camera’s InfoLithium™ battery gets about 180 shots per charge so you can snap away to your heart’s content without fear of running down the power.
The camera has an optional Memory Stick PRO Duo™ media cards. This model at the same time also manages to capture and play back high-resolution motion video on a removable, transferable card. The MPEG-VX fine mode is another great feature in this model as it helps to record MPEG video with 640×480 pixel resolution at 30 frames per second. Besides the model is also easily connected to a PictBridge™-compatible printer. Accessories in this camera include a 32 MB Memory Stick Duo™ media card, a NP-FE1 InfoLithium battery, connector block and external battery charger.
